Senior Consultant – Quindiem Consulting Financial Inclusion Practice
Quindiem Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic Johannesburg based consulting firm specialising in actuarial science, insurance-related consulting and financial inclusion. The Financial Inclusion practice consults to banks, MFIs, insurers, donors, regulators and governments across a number of strategic areas.
The practice is expanding its operations and is seeking to hire a Senior Consultant with experience in inter alia transformational banking, payments and distribution, e-commerce, and banking regulation and supervision. Experience and an interest in risk management and governance is an added advantage.
We are seeking an individual with 3-5 years experience gained within a blue chip consultancy firm at Consultant/Senior Consultant level, with excellent academics, research and writing skills, the ability to think through complex problems and a strong strategy focus. A post graduate qualification (economics, finance, banking or similar) is essential, together with the willingness to travel (Africa, Eastern Europe and South America). The successful candidate will be a good fit with the Quindiem culture and ascribe to our organisational values.
Our remuneration and bonus structure is competitive with major consulting firms. The position is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Preference will be given to South African domiciled consultants.
